Summer 2008 Ben was faced with a situation far beyond his two year-old maturity level.  No toddler should encounter three weeks in the hospital, painful procedures, scary doctors and nurses coming in to your room, and a life changing diagnosis.  On June 29, 2008 all of these factors became reality in Ben’s life when he was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis.
